Aika is a free online timer offered as a personal project. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Aika is provided free of charge and without requiring an account. We may update, change, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Aika for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service, its share links, or its endpoints;
- try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
Content you enter
You are responsible for the timer labels and text you create. If you share a timer, its configuration, including any labels, is encoded into the link and may be recorded in our analytics, so avoid putting anything private in a shared timer. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the date above. Continuing to use Aika after a change means you accept the updated terms.
